Those colors are so magnificent,so overpowering and so delightful that all you wouldwant to do is to stare at Him in amazement. God is thatawesome, that wonderful and that handsome. Consideralso, “ 28 the appearance of the bow.” The brightness exudingfrom Him is like the appearance of the rainbow inthe cloud following a day of rain. What type of brightnesssurrounds God? It is the rainbow from God’s lightenergy.God’s glory radiates a rainbow! Is it any wonder that inNoah’s day, God could not have given a better promisethan to say He would never again flood the earth?
