10. Define key management objectives & outcomes<br />

11. Analyse & amalgamate mapped heritage values to a set of management zones<br />

12. Develop action assessment process<br />

13. Define policies & actions to address identified issues<br />

14. Preliminary draft Heritage Management Plan<br />

15. Review preliminary draft by Working Group & Expert Advisory Panel<br />

16. Exposure Draft Heritage Management Plan<br />

17. Invite comments from targeted stakeholder group and review by Working Group, Expert<br />

Advisory Panel, Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts (DEWHA)<br />

18. Incorporate comments from consultation and review<br />

19. OPH submit Final Draft Heritage Management Plan to DEWHA<br />

20. DEWHA proceed to public comment period<br />

21. Comments from Australian Heritage Council (AHC)<br />

22. OPH, DEWHA & NCA prepare final Heritage Management Plan incorporating public and<br />

Australian Heritage Council comments & make recommendation to the Minister for the<br />

Environment, Heritage and the Arts<br />
