3.4.1 The effectiveness of the Cyclical Maintenance<br />

Program must be monitored.<br />

3.5.1 All works undertaken at Old Parliament House<br />

must be monitored and documented, during the<br />

works and upon completion, in order to create a<br />

record of change at Old Parliament House. The<br />

standard of recording will be that required in the<br />

relevant Permitted Actions Schedule or conditions of<br />

approval for an Action Proposal.<br />

3.6.1 Old Parliament House management must<br />

conduct evaluations of exhibitions and interpretation<br />

programs to assess their effectiveness in meeting<br />

their stated objectives.<br />

3.6.2 Old Parliament House management must use<br />

the data collected in evaluation studies to update<br />

and improve interpretation and exhibition programs.<br />

3.7.1 Works and events must be randomly audited<br />

to ensure that heritage conditions in contracts and<br />

approvals are met.<br />

Cycle Cost Plan every three years.<br />

Review the Cyclical Maintenance Program<br />

every three years.<br />

Develop recording standards for Permitted<br />

Actions.<br />

Develop evaluation tools to measure the<br />

effectiveness of exhibitions, interpretation<br />

and other visitor programs.<br />

Develop and implement tools to measure<br />

appropriateness and effectiveness of<br />

works and events.<br />

undertake regular inspections of leased areas and<br />

identify and rectify improper Actions undertaken in<br />
