Tremco JS680
JS680 is a one-component polyisobutylene-based sealant, specially developed
for the manufacture of insulated glass units. JS680 functions as the inner barrier or
primary seal in dual-seal systems and should be used in conjunction with a secondary
sealant of either polysulphide, polyurethane, hot melt butyl or silicone. JS680 is not
suitable for the construction of IG units with flexible spacers.

Mylar® Tape
Mylar® tape consists of a special laminate with a highperformance,
pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive on one
side and protected by a release treated poly liner. The tape is
used to seal the connecting joints on the Super Spacer® and
utilises a special laminate that minimises the transmission of
water vapour.
Sizes: 30 lineal metre rolls
PIB Strips
PIB tape acts as an excellent barrier to moisture vapour
and is required to be used in conjunction with all non-butyl
secondary sealants for both the final corner and gas fill holes
of insulated glass units.
