The basic Han Jiang vertical insulated glass production line combines a vertical
washing machine, vertical press and tilting table capable of producing double and
triple-glazed units as well as stepped, shaped and gas-filled units. Han Jiang lines are
also available in various other configurations and can be customised to suit specific
requirements such as the size and volume of the units to be manufactured.

• Available with automatic detection of the coated side of coated or Low-E glass
• Energy-saving washing machine with automatic intermittent operation
• Inverter control of brush rotation speed protects delicate Low-E coating
• Hydraulic elevator available for application of spacer frames to large glass
• Press machine utilises a centre positioning system
