The Giardina GL G02/05 is a roller coating
machine suitable for the application of lacquer,
stain, etc. on flat surfaces. The machine feature

Usage
The GL G02/05 roller coating machines are available in several models, including
standard, reverse and double precision roller coaters, in working widths ranging from
1300 mm to 2500 mm. The machines are equipped with rubber application rollers with
high chemical resistance and can be used on any flat surface.
Features
• Conveyor is a solvent-resistant, anti-static PVC belt
• Chromed steel dosing roller with high ground thickness
• Rubber application roller (EPDM based) with high chemical resistance
• Dosing roller, application roller and belt conveyor speeds are controlled and
independently adjustable by means of inverter
• Quantity of applied product acting on the dosing roller reversal rotation speed
can be adjusted, keeping the running and the application speed constant
Giardina Dekoroller
The Dekoroller is a roller machine that makes
it possible to reproduce any kind of decoration
on flat glass. The lacquer recovery and recycle
system ensures that different sizes and forms
of glass can be decorated simultaneously
with a single rubber- roller application. The
machine provides a more affordable solution in
comparison to screen printing machines.
