Usage<br />

The GL G02/05 roller coating machines are available in several models, including<br />

standard, reverse and double precision roller coaters, in working widths ranging from<br />

1300 mm to 2500 mm. The machines are equipped with rubber application rollers with<br />

high chemical resistance and can be used on any flat surface.<br />

Features<br />

• Conveyor is a solvent-resistant, anti-static PVC belt<br />

• Chromed steel dosing roller with high ground thickness<br />

• Rubber application roller (EPDM based) with high chemical resistance<br />

• Dosing roller, application roller and belt conveyor speeds are controlled and<br />

independently adjustable by means of inverter<br />

• Quantity of applied product acting on the dosing roller reversal rotation speed<br />

can be adjusted, keeping the running and the application speed constant<br />

Giardina Dekoroller<br />

The Dekoroller is a roller machine that makes<br />

it possible to reproduce any kind of decoration<br />

on flat glass. The lacquer recovery and recycle<br />

system ensures that different sizes and forms<br />

of glass can be decorated simultaneously<br />

with a single rubber- roller application. The<br />

machine provides a more affordable solution in<br />

comparison to screen printing machines.<br />
