Tremco JS442 MF
JS442 MF is a high-performance, two-component (Part B Liquid or Paste High
Viscosity), mercury-free, polyurethane sealant specifically developed for insulated
glass unit manufacture. JS442 MF functions as the secondary seal in dual-seal
systems and can be used in conjunction with a PIB primary sealant such as JS680,
JS780 S or JS880.

minimised I Index and gas loss rate of IG unit
• Adheres to glass, aluminium, galvanised steel
and warm edge spacer bars
• Long working time combined with fast curing time

Kömmerling GD116
GD116 is a highly-elastic, high-strength, two-component polysulphide sealant
developed for the manufacture of insulated glass units. GD116 functions as a
secondary seal in dual-seal systems and can be used in conjunction with a PIB
primary sealant such as GD115.
Features
• Excellent adhesion to glass, aluminium
and galvanised or stainless steel without primer
• Approved by CEKAL and tested and controlled by BCCA
• Tolerant of mix ratio deviations of up to ±20%
• High strength and elasticity
