GTS IG Roller Press
The GTS IG Roller Press is a manual, handheld
pneumatic roller press for the cold pressing,
adhering and sealing of butyl-coated spacer
bars in between insulating glass panes. The
applied pressure, which is adjustable, is
generated by a pneumatic cylinder ensuring
consistent force along the glass edge.
Quanex Super Spacer® Shuttles
The SuperShuttle and Triseal Shuttle are
pneumatically powered tools specifically
developed for Super Spacer® application. The
handheld tools glide on the Super Spacer® and
make precision laying, notching, cornering and
splicing a simple one-step process. The shuttles
speed up the Super Spacer® application,
eliminate contact with the glass and ensure a
straight sightline perpendicular to the glass.
Quanex Duraseal® Pro Tool
The precision-made Duraseal® Pro Tool aids in
the application of Duraseal® on air flow tables.
The handheld tool applies the Duraseal® in a
simple one-step process. The tool speeds up
the Duraseal® application, eliminates contact
with the glass ensuring a clear vision area and
creates a straight, attractive sightline.
