ColorSpray Paint System
The Goldglass painting machines are supplied with
a uniquely formulated resin-based paint system
called ColorSpray. The 3-component system allows
for the preparation of any colour from the RAL,
Pantone, British Standards and NCS ranges by
means of an in-house mixing system and easy-touse
formulator software.
Usage
Thousands of colours can be mixed using only the
two high-performance specialist resins Clear Base
A and B and adding colourants from the range of 19
standard colours and 4 specialist aluminium effects
(for metallic colours).
In addition to the extensive palette of colours, specialist effects can be created by
applying a pre-coat such as glitter, flash or quartz or with an additive to the colour
such as fleck or ringing. A range of pre-mixed, high-pigment concentration, metallic
colours and a highly reflective chrome mirror effect are also available.

Reflective glitter effect in gold, silver, red, green or rainbow
Small particles of bronze, silver or gold create a granite look.
Pearlescent sheen effect in either blue, green, red or gold.
A distinctive marbled look that can be used with any colour.
A ‘bubbled’ look in any colour. Not suitable for large areas.
Equipment
The ColorSpray system is supplied with an agitator rack system which comprises 4
shelves with space for up to 24 x 2.5 litre cans. Each can is fitted with a dispensing lid
and interior paddle which keeps the colours from separating by stirring automatically.
The automatic timer is programmable to allow for a variety of agitation intervals.
