Neptun QuickMill
The Quick series is an innovative range of machines for drilling and milling of glass,
characterised by its ease of use, quick programming as well as high processing speed
and precision. The QuickMill module is a vertical glass milling machine with numerical
control for automatic milling and grinding of notches and internal slots.
Usage
The machine can operate independently if required or it can be integrated with the
QuickMill to execute drilling and milling operations simultaneously and enhance
productivity. Both modules can also be combined with the LV Top washing machine.
Features
• Parametric programming with powerful numeric control, over 1000 parametric forms
• Completely automatic processing on entire surface of glass with precision of 0.3mm
• Glass held stationary during processing, ensuring higher finishing quality and speed
• Suction cups hold glass in place reducing vibration and noise and risk of breakage
• High-speed spindle with rotation up to 12 000 rpm for machining up to 700mm/min.
• Able to use combination tools for complete processing without tool changes
