Plan 2: For buildings consisting principally of columns and spandrels,
which are generally constructed with prefabricated panel forms
that can be handled most conveniently from the deck, the following
schedule may be used:
1. Erect the inside wall forms and the floor forms.
2. Erect the outside wall forms.
3. Bring all forms to the proper alignment, then brace and
securely fasten all form parts.
