For double slip switches it is possible to specify whether the switch is operated by two
our four solenoids.
Depending on the digital system being used, or the way the switch is wired, the switch
element in the switchboard may not reflect the correct position of the real switch. To
correct this problem, you are not required to rewire your switch. The software allows to
setup the configuration of the decoder outputs in any way as required to operate the
switch accordingly.

The image above displays two possible configurations for a double slip switch. In both
cases it is assumed that the switch is operated by two double-solenoid devices with four
solenoids in total. For this reason the switch occupies four output contacts of an accessory
decoder. The left image displays a situation, in which both double-solenoid devices
must be operated in order to throw the switch. The right image displays a situation,
in which only one double-solenoid device is to be operated to throw the switch.
