____ A medium-large, up to 20 m tall tree with oval crown, very hanging<br />

branches and glabrous, dark grey trunk; leaves unevenly<br />

heart-shaped, glossy dark green above, light green underneath<br />

with tufts of brownish hairs in axils of the veins; flowers 3 to 7 in<br />

hanging cymes - a valuable park tree that tolerates city climate.<br />
