araucana (= imbricata) - Chile Pine, Monkey Puzzle
____ An amazing evergreen tree, reaching over 30 m in its natural habitat
with cone-shaped crown, umbrella-shaped when older; foliage
may remain 10 to 15 years on branches, lanceolate, glossy,
dark green, densely spiral-shaped, and arranged in brick-like
formation with very sharp and firm tips. An exotic, ancient looking
conifer specimen for protected locations. S, K. Zone 8a.

atlantica ´Glauca´ - Blue Atlas Cedar
____ A popular tree with magnificent greyish-blue needles, with intensive
colours during shoot break - a valuable conifer as a specimen,
that pleases for many years even in small house gardens;
the most tolerant amongst all cedars. R, S, St. Zone 6b.
atlantica ´Glauca Pendula´ - Weeping Cedar
____ Trunk has to be tied up straight while young, the elongated trunk
and branches hang over allowing the dense shoots to hang
down mane-like; needles light to dark greyish-blue - a very picturesque
and valuable cedar. S. Zone 6b.
deodara - Deodar, Indian Cedar
____ A medium, 10 to 20 m tall tree, growing pyramid-like when
young, later irregularly, with horizontally growing branches;
shoot tips hanging down elegantly; needles very long, bluishgreen
- an especially lovely, elegant cedar for mild climates. S.
Zone 7b.
