____ A very fast-growing, up to 30 m tall tree, with densely closed,<br />
regular, columnar crown and branching almost to the ground;<br />
foliage fresh green, feather-like - sufficiently frost-hardy, equally<br />
suitable as specimen or for the rapid development of high<br />
hedges for wind and visual protection, grows well in calcareous<br />
as well as acidic soils, and is relatively tolerant to industrial pollution.<br />

____ Similar growing habit as C. leylandii, though not so stronggrowing;<br />

cm across, turn bright golden yellow in autumn - an effective,<br />
very adaptable park and street tree, tolerates sunny or shady,<br />
warm or cold positions, tolerant to industrial pollution and excellent<br />
