A urea grease composition and gears containing such composition, which composition comprises a urea grease and as
additives (A) a molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate sulfide represented by the formula wherein Rl and R2 each
independently represents a group selected from the group consisting of alkyl groups having from 1 to 24 carbon
atoms; m is 0 or an integer of from 1 to 3; and n is an integer of from 1 to 4; provided that the sum of m and n is 4,
and (B) a triphenyl phosphate represented by the formula:
