tumbler body having a plurality <strong>of</strong> grooves, accommodating <strong>the</strong>rein a plurality <strong>of</strong> spring loaded levers with angular<br />

arresters and an axial key way, a cam cum pinion with a key slot provided at <strong>the</strong> front side <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> said tumbler<br />

body, a tumbler body, a pair <strong>of</strong> rack and end piece assembly provided in <strong>the</strong> front channel <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> luggage, <strong>the</strong> said<br />

pinion teeth engaging with <strong>the</strong> teeth <strong>of</strong> said racks horizontally in opposite directions, a pair <strong>of</strong> balls provided<br />

adjacent to and supported by <strong>the</strong> said cam for engaging into <strong>the</strong> gap <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> locking hook for locking <strong>the</strong> center lock<br />

on a quarter rotation (0-90) <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> key, on a fur<strong>the</strong>r quarter rotation <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> same key in <strong>the</strong> same direction (90-180),<br />

<strong>the</strong> said pinion teeth engages with <strong>the</strong> teeth <strong>of</strong> said end pieces laterally 180 apart from each o<strong>the</strong>r and engaging<br />

into <strong>the</strong> gaps <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> toggle type side locks, <strong>the</strong>reby locking <strong>the</strong> said two side locks toge<strong>the</strong>r similarly first quarter<br />

rotation <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> key in opposite direction opening <strong>the</strong> two side locks toge<strong>the</strong>r and next quarter rotation opening <strong>the</strong><br />

center lock.<br />
