(57)Abstract
A flap for being located between the base of the tube and inside face of the rim of a vehicle wheel, the flap having a
hole and the rim having a slot, characterised in that a rubber coated nylon fabric patch is bonded to the surface of the
flap at the region of the said hole, said patch also having a hole in alignment with the hole in the flap for insertion of
the valve stem of the tube through the holes in the flap and in the patch and thence through the slot in the rim (Figs.1
