(57) Abstract: The present invention provides a lightweight collapsible crate. The collapsible crate of the present
invention comprises an outer sheet having two foldable lines for enabling sheet to fold and form a first set of
mutually opposite sidewalls and a base of the crate; an inner sheet placed over the outer sheet; said inner sheet has
three foldable lines for folding inner sheet in a form of ‘W’ such that side arm opposite sidewalls of the crate and
an inverted ‘V’ portion of the ‘W’ shaped inner sheet rests over the base forming an additional support to the base
on pushing down ‘W’ shaped inner sheet; and a connecting member for connecting top free corners of the
sidewalls to form a crate; wherein said crate collapse on pulling and folding the additional support followed by
folding the sidewalls of the crate.
