gasifying combustibles material to produce a gas: a fuel cell for generating electricity by using said produced gas<br />

supplied from said gasification furnace; and a high-temperature gasification furnace for reforming said produced gas<br />

to produce a reformed gas; wherein exhaust gas discharged from said fuel cell is utilized as a gasification agent <strong>of</strong> at<br />

least one <strong>of</strong> said gasification furnace and said high-temperature gasification furnace.<br />
