a kinescoped show are wages, overhead, and film. Compare this<br />

with a repeat show with all the extra costs <strong>for</strong> talent and studio<br />

technicians as well as stage hands, etc. The film costs might be<br />

as high as $50 <strong>for</strong> a half-hour show plus overhead but this is<br />

nothing compared with live repeat costs.<br />

The program-in-a-can feature is also extremely convenient.<br />
