Mr. Evans exhibited a selection <strong>of</strong> silver Celtiberian coins,<br />

part <strong>of</strong> a large hoard lately discovered at Barcus, near Dax.<br />

<strong>The</strong> selection consisted <strong>of</strong> five varieties, attributed respectively<br />

to Balsio or Belsinum, Turiaso, Aregrat, Arsa, <strong>and</strong> Segobriga.<br />

<strong>The</strong>y were all <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> same type, having<br />

on <strong>the</strong> obverse a
