Judge Khumalo was appointed as a Magistrate in the Republic<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>South</strong> <strong>Africa</strong> in the year 1968. In 1975 he was appointed as<br />

a Judge in Swaziland. Since 1984, Judge Khumalo has been<br />

appointed as an acting Judge at the High Court <strong>of</strong><br />

Bophuthatswana. He was permanently appointed in 1986 as a<br />

High Court Judge in Bophuthatswana and was High Court<br />

Judge under the Interim Constitution and later the 1996<br />

Constitution.<br />

BA LLB Director Majokweni was admitted as an advocate since 1977<br />

and has been in the field <strong>of</strong> law ever since.<br />

BProc Director Nhlayisi was admitted as an attorney since 1989 and<br />

has practised as a private attorney until her appointment as an<br />

Appeals Board member.<br />

BIUR (Law) Director Mongwe was appointed as a State Prosecutor in 1992<br />

and as a Magistrate in 1997.<br />

in further correspondence with<br />

the applicants.<br />
