Minister <strong>of</strong> Communications:<br />

(1) Whether, with reference to her reply<br />

to Question 1435 on 10 September<br />

2008, and in light <strong>of</strong> the High Court<br />

upholding the suspension <strong>of</strong> Mr Dali<br />

Mp<strong>of</strong>u as CEO, she intends to persist<br />

in refusing to answer to the question<br />

as to the grounds <strong>of</strong> the appeal and<br />

the grounds <strong>of</strong> the decision to uphold<br />

it; if so, what are the relevant details;<br />

(2) whether the SA Broadcasting Corporation<br />

will submit the requested relevant<br />

information under the Protection<br />

<strong>of</strong> Information Act, Act 84 <strong>of</strong><br />

1982; if not, why not; if so, what are<br />

on what date did the Marine and Coastal<br />

Management (MCM) conduct the recruitment<br />

survey regarding the annual catch<br />

and bycatch limits for the sardine and<br />

anchovy fisheries, (b) what were the dates<br />

on which the responsible MCM scientific<br />

working group recommended catch and<br />

bycatch revisions based on the results <strong>of</strong><br />

this survey and (c) what were the dates on<br />

which he announced such revisions after<br />

considering the recommendations?<br />
