(b) Children benefited from the ECD<br />

programme<br />

By end <strong>of</strong> September 2008, provinces<br />

reported that there are<br />

622 932 children benefiting from<br />

the ECD programme, <strong>of</strong> whom<br />

400 522 are receiving subsidy.<br />

annual reports <strong>of</strong> his department and the<br />

annual reports <strong>of</strong> each statutory and other<br />

entity reporting to him, (a) what was the<br />

(i) budgeted cost, (ii) actual cost and (iii)<br />

unit cost <strong>of</strong> each annual report and (b)<br />

how many copies <strong>of</strong> each were (i) produced<br />

and (ii) distributed?<br />
