(2) Quotas were never applied at the<br />

Henrietta Stockdale Nursing College in<br />

Kimberley. However, the facility has<br />

ensured that all districts, as well as<br />

district areas and rural areas, were<br />

covered in terms <strong>of</strong> student candidates<br />

selected for training. The facility has<br />

also ensured that all Northern Cape<br />

races are included in the training.<br />

(3) In light <strong>of</strong> the recruitment and appointment<br />

system used by the College, broad<br />

coverage is made and the only constraint<br />

is the minimal number that can<br />

be trained per annum due to available<br />
