1662. Mr G G BOINAMO (DA) asked the<br />

Minister <strong>of</strong> Education:<br />

(a) As at 30 August 2008, (i) how many<br />

prefabricated classrooms were in use in<br />

schools and (ii) what was the estimated<br />

shortage <strong>of</strong> classrooms in each province;<br />

(b) what is the estimated cost <strong>of</strong> providing<br />

these classrooms; and (c) what amount<br />

has each province budgeted for building<br />

classrooms in the latest financial year for<br />

which information is available?<br />
