licensed in the Republic in terms
of the provisions of the legislation
are able to be disposed of. However,
it must be noted that the
amendment will only allow for the
disposing of LHD vehicles already
registered and licensed in
the Republic in that person’s name
before the prohibition on the registration
of LHD motor vehicles
was amended.
