If there is no cassette, the following message will be displayed:<br />

NOTE:<br />

If, during the preparation of the first cephalometric examination the<br />

system detects a cassette which has not been replaced, the following<br />

message will be displayed:<br />

R E M O V E F I L M<br />

The examination will not be continued until a new cassette has been<br />

inserted.<br />

NOTE:<br />

X-rays are emitted with a delay of two seconds from pressing the X-ray<br />

button to allow the heating of the filament and the control of all set<br />

parameters. Since the X-ray button is a "dead man" control, it must<br />

be kept pressed until the end of the exposure.<br />

3. Once the exposure is completed, the following message will be<br />

displayed:<br />

C E P H<br />

R E M O V E F I L M<br />

4. Remove the cassette. LED "23" lights up and the set cassette,<br />

STF, kV, mA and seconds values relative to the exposure made will<br />

be displayed.<br />

NOTE:<br />

If you try to perform a new exam before the cooling period has elapse (4<br />

minutes), the following message will be displayed indicating the time to<br />

wait before performing a new examination:<br />

This time enables the X-ray tube's anode to cool down.<br />
