General instructions for use<br />
6.5.2.2 <strong>Manual</strong> exposure<br />
If the kV and mA combinations in the above table are considered<br />
unsuitable for a particular examination, new parameters can be set in<br />
manual mode.<br />
To change the kV or mA values press key "7" , or key "5" .<br />
The Patient Size LED will switch off, the Adult/Child and TMJ keys will<br />
flash. One of the following two messages will be displayed:<br />
or<br />
> 7 4 k V 1 0 m A 1 0 . 5 s<br />
7 4 k V > 1 0 m A 1 0 . 5 s<br />
The symbol ">" indicates which parameter is being changed.<br />
Using keys "3" and "6" it is possible to increase or reduce<br />
the value of the selected parameter.<br />
The kV value ranges from 50 to 80 kV in 2 kV steps.<br />
The mA value ranges from 4 to 10 mA, in 1mA steps.<br />

NOTE:<br />
Keep key "3" or "6" pressed to change the values rapidly as<br />
required.<br />
Select the mouth structure with the Arch key narrow-medium-large .<br />
