6.7.1.3 Tomographic parameters<br />
Resulting images are tomographic ones, so it is necessary to instruct the<br />
system about the thickness and spacing transversal slices. On the<br />
following Figure 25 all these parameters are defined.<br />
Thickness (→←) of<br />
longitudinal slice: 4, 6 or 8 mm<br />
Thickness (→←) of<br />
tranversal slice: 2, 3 or 4 mm<br />
Spacing between transversal<br />
slices: 2, 3 or 4 mm<br />

The parameters defining the point of interest are called by in the<br />
following sequence:<br />
• Teeth selection<br />
• Longitudinal slice thickness (→←)<br />
• Transversal slice thickness (→←)<br />
• Offsets<br />
• Spacing between cross slices (only for complete mode).<br />
