Challenges in 2008:
Maintaining our leading position in Slovenia
and strengthening market shares in South Eastern
Europe by increasing recognition;
Upgrading our product portfolio in line with
industry trends, while maintaining innovation and
customer-orientation as the main guides;
Strengthening the range of funds in Slovakia,
Romania and Bulgaria, where we are already
present and this is permitted by law, by registering
Slovenian funds for local sales;
Registering an asset management company and
investment funds in Macedonia;
Transferring the asset management function
back to KD Skladi, Ljubljana, in order to
consolidate, manage and continue to achieve
excellence in asset management;
Strengthening our presence on the Slovenian

market by consolidating retail sales knowledge
and activities in Slovenia within the company KD
Finančna Točka and expanding the concept abroad
in line with capacities;
Incorporating asset management companies
abroad more closely into the divisional model of
our corporate governance, via the Ljubljana parent
company;
Continuing to achieve the highest possible
level of satisfaction for current and future investors
in accordance with new regulatory guidelines
and opportunities to adapt the operations of
management companies, investment funds and
investor relations.
