We will continue introducing mutual funds,
classic and unit-linked life insurance products,
private wealth management and stockbroking
services, other financial products and the expansion
of the sales network in the region. We will enter the
markets of Macedonia and Ukraine and consolidate
our position in counties where we are already present.
In the area of investment fund management,
we will maintain our leading position in Slovenia
and strengthen our market share in South
Eastern Europe by increasing recognition. We will
complement our portfolio of products in accordance
with industry trends, guided by our aim to remain
innovative and maintain the customer as the centre
of activities.
In the area of private wealth management
and stockbroking, we plan to continue growing
our market shares to become one of the leading
providers of these services in the region. We will
improve management processes and employee
training and enhance private wealth management
services with a broad range of other financial
services.
In the area of life insurance, we plan to
collect more than EUR 100 million in premiums,
representing growth of 35 percent, and to continue
consolidating these insurance products at
KD Življenje. Together with the organic growth of
the company, KD Življenje will assume second
position among life insurance companies in 2008.
In the area of property insurance (including health
insurance), we plan to collect more than EUR 252
million in premiums, representing 7.6 percent
growth in property insurance and 8.5 percent
growth in health insurance.
We will also dedicate a great deal of energy to
the establishment of banking services in 2008.
These will complement the Group’s current range
of products and services and facilitate further
development and growth. We will therefore continue
developing banking services, which we will offer to
the market at the beginning of 2009.
We will strengthen the uniform approach of
all companies that operate on individual markets.
We will improve our position on all markets and
increase synergies.
