2. MANAGEMENT BOARD
The Management Board and Supervisory Board of
Items 2.3.2 and 2.3.3:

management of KD Holding d. d. complies with
the Corporate Governance Code (Official Gazette of
the Republic of Slovenia, No. 118/05, amended on
5 February 2007), available on the website of the
Ljubljana Stock Exchange at http://www.ljse.si in

reimbursements and other benefits is not set out
in advance, as the company has a single-member
Management Board.
