Globtour d.o.o. realised EUR 21,963,462 in income
in 2007, the major part being for travel arrangements.
Operating profit in 2007 was EUR 57,961, net loss for
2007 was EUR 36,215.
32. Related-party transactions
The Group is controlled by KD Group d.d., Ljubljana
(incorporated in Slovenia), which owns 60.39% of
the Group’s shares. The remaining 39.61% of the
shares are widely held.
