In accordance with the Third Life Insurance
Directive, which permits cross-border sales of life
insurance, KD Življenje sold life insurance indirectly
in the Slovak Republic in 2007 through a number
of sales channels. The branch was established on 1
August 2007, with insurance sales beginning on 1
January 2008. Products: Fondpoistka - unit-linked

life insurance, Kapitálpoistka - mixed life insurance,
Investprogram - unit-linked life insurance and
additional accident insurance, as well as additional
accident insurance for children. Special products:
Ázia Garant Plus and Renta Garant.
