KD Ekskluziv
- an equity mutal fund
The KD Ekskluziv equity mutual fund was
established at the end of December 2007 to achieve
returns with an investment of a minimum of 75 percent

At the beginning of September, KD Investments
was registered as a company for the establishment,
organisation and management of investment funds.
At the end of November, the company issued a
public call for payments of units in the prestigious
investment fund KD Ekskluziv.
The public call for payments of units in the
open-end equity fund KD Ekskluziv was successfully
concluded on 20 December 2007, and on 27
December the fund was registered in the Securities
Commission’s fund register, and was able to start
operations on the Serbian financial market.
Through Serbian group member, KD Investments
Belgrade, KD Holding has expanded its operations
to a capital market with tremendous growth and
development potential in the coming years.
