Alojz Penko
Alojz Penko was first appointed member of the
Supervisory Board on 20 August 2004.
He has been a member or chairman of the
supervisory boards of companies in the KD Group
(the legal predecessors of KD Holding) since 1995,
when he was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory
Board of PID Kmečki sklad 4 d. d., after which he
was a member of the supervisory boards of KD PID
d. d. and, between 2001 and 2004, KD Naložbe
d. d. Following the latter’s merger with KD Holding,
he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of KD
Holding in November 2004.
Work of the Supervisory Board
KD Holding’s Supervisory Board held five ordinary
sessions and two correspondence sessions in 2007.
It passed a total of 25 resolutions. The Supervisory
Board performed its duties responsibly during
the course of the year, and gave its unqualified
approval to the company’s annual report for 2007.
The Supervisory Board regularly monitored the
company’s operations, compiled the Supervisory
Board’s report on the review of the annual report,
gave its opinion on the audit report, monitored the
work of the Management Board and reviewed the
implementation of resolutions passed.

He is an engineer in agronomy and was educated
extensively in the field of economics during his
career. He retired in 2000. In the 1980s, he was a
member of the Management Board of the Postojna
Regional Chamber of Industry and Commerce and
was a member of the Executive Council of the
Municipality of Postojna. In the last ten years, he has
served two terms as Chairman of the Supervisory
Board of Zadružna kmetijska družba d. o. o., and one
as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Postojnska
jama d. d., ending in 2003.
The remuneration of the members of the
Supervisory Board in the 2007 financial year was
as follows:
Session fees in the amount of EUR 27,784 gross;
Bonus payments in the total amount of
EUR 32,250 gross.
Bojan Sekavčnik
Bojan Sekavčnik was first appointed member of the
Supervisory Board on 6 March 2001.
He was a member of the Supervisory Board of
R.E. Invest between 2003 and 2005, prior to its
transformation to limited liability status.
He is currently a member of the Management Board
of PM&A FA d. d. (previously PM&A BPD d. d.).
