Slovenica Življenje increases the capital of the
company Vifin and renames it KD Vifin, s. r. o.
Club KD Plus, the first financial club in

The life insurance company KD Life Bulgaria
is established with the entry into the Company
Register.
9 March
KD Holding receives a decision from the District
Court of Ljubljana whereby the court as of 6 March
2007, entered into the Company Register a change
in share capital due to the transition to the euro
and the resulting amendments to the Articles of
Association. Share capital in the amount of
SIT 23,536,424,000 is replaced by the amount
EUR 98,215,756.97.
