Management Board
The Management Board of KD Holding consists
solely of Chief Executive Officer Matjaž Gantar, who
was first appointed on 6 March 2001. His current
four-year term of office began on 7 March 2005.

In performing their respective roles, the
Management Board and the Supervisory Board
strictly implement their missions within the
two-tier management system as defined in the
applicable legislation and the company’s Articles of
Association. This includes regular communication
to allow the members of the Supervisory Board
to be kept informed of the company’s current and
planned operations.
As at 31 December 2007, CEO Matjaž Gantar held
2,643 ordinary registered shares of KDHR in the
company. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
Aleš Vahčič, PhD, held 594 ordinary registered
shares of KDHR in the company and 985 preference
participating shares of KDHP. Deputy Chairman of
the Supervisory Board Aleš Penko held 321 ordinary
registered shares of KDHR in the company and
Supervisory Board member Bojan Sekavčnik held 5
ordinary registered shares of KDHR.
