Chart 080 - Shutdown - Out Of Service Lamp Lit<br />

Display shows: BUCKET PWR FLT<br />

One or more of the bucket solenoids was energized during STANDBY. Most likely, an<br />

incorrect change load is in one of the buckets.<br />

Press the FUNCTION button on the CCC. Does the message reappear?<br />

NO<br />

Check the R/B, Y/BR, BL/W, and V/O wires<br />

from the CCC to the bucket solenoids for<br />

an intermittent short to Ground.<br />

NO<br />

Check resistor R813 on the power supply<br />

circuit board for open connections.<br />

IF OK<br />

Check C816 on the power supply board for<br />

excessive leakage.<br />

IF OK<br />

Replace the CCC. See CAUTION.<br />

YES<br />

Unplug P2 from the CCC and press the<br />

FUNCTION button. Does the message<br />

reappear?<br />

YES<br />

Unplug P4 from the CCC and<br />

press the FUNCTION button.<br />

Does the code reappear?<br />

NO<br />

NO<br />

Replace the CCC.<br />

See CAUTION.<br />

Turn the power OFF. Check the R/B, Y/BR, and BL/W wires<br />

at J2 and the V/O wire at J204-3 for a short to Ground. Does<br />

a short exist?<br />

NO<br />

YES<br />

Replace the CCC.<br />

See CAUTION.<br />

Unplug P402 from the dispenser.<br />

Does the short disappear?<br />

NO<br />

Unplug P402 from the power control<br />

center. Does the short disappear?<br />

YES<br />

Replace the dispenser.<br />

Short in the main<br />

machine harness.<br />

YES<br />

Replace the power<br />

control center.<br />

CAUTION:<br />

Installing a new CCC without determining the cause of the failure may destroy the new board. Use<br />

an ohmmeter to determine if it is safe to install a new CCC. If you use an ohmmeter, check for shorts<br />

(less than seven ohms) between the V/O wire, Y/BR, and BL/W or Ground.<br />
