+5 VDC Failure, +5 VDC LED Out<br />

Is the +12VDC LED out?<br />

YES<br />

NO<br />

Is the +30VDC LED out?<br />

YES<br />

NO<br />

Turn the power OFF, unplug P203, and allow VR802 to cool<br />

approximately 4-5 minutes. Turn the power ON (with P203<br />

still unplugged). Does the +5VDC LED come ON?<br />

NO<br />

YES<br />

Defective power supply<br />

(not board). Replace the<br />

power control center.<br />

OR<br />

120VAC line voltage not<br />

getting to the power supply.<br />

Check the connections at<br />

the power junction box (see<br />

WARNING).<br />

Defective power supply board<br />

in the power control center.<br />

OR<br />

Defective 5VDC regulator VR802.<br />

OR<br />

A short to Ground exists in<br />

the +5V lines (Blue wires)<br />

at the dispenser, transport,<br />

or in the main machine<br />

harness.<br />

OR<br />

Defective circuitry in the power supply. Replace the power<br />

control center.<br />

WARNING:<br />

120 VAC circuitry. Turn the power OFF and pull the plug from the wall before making this check.<br />
