Adjusting the Bill Transport To Stacker Alignment<br />

After adjusting the Coin Inlet To Top Door Clearance as described earlier in this section, loosen the two screws<br />

as shown in Figure 3-10B. With the bill acceptor flush with the coin inlet trim, pull the bill stacker as far forward<br />

as possible. After tightening the screws, make sure that the rear of the transport side plates and the bill acceptor stop<br />

plate on the stacker are flush to within 1/32 inch as shown in Figure 3-10B.<br />

HOME SWITCH ADJUSTMENT<br />

A stacker cycle will start each time a TEST switch is<br />

pressed. Adjust the stacker HOME switch as follows:<br />

1. Turn the power OFF and remove the bill stacker<br />

from the bill changer.<br />

2. Hold the motor brake IN (disengaged) and manually<br />

rotate the motor shaft until the stacker is in the HOME<br />

position (the stacker push plate is at its inner most<br />

position).<br />

3. Disconnect the lower link and move it to the side.<br />

4. Adjust the cam switch by loosening the adjustment<br />

screw and rotating the switch until the cam pushes<br />

the spring against the switch body as shown in<br />

Figure 3-11.<br />

5. Tighten the adjustment screw, reconnect the lower<br />

link and install the bill stacker in the bill changer.<br />

6. Turn the power ON and check stacker operation.<br />
