States dollars) as the presentation currency. As the functional currency of the Parent
Company is SEK (Swedish kronor), Skanska’s statutory Annual Report including the
consolidated financial statements and the financial statements of the Parent
Company has been prepared using Swedish kronor (SEK) as the presentation currency.
