Adjusting 5th gear<br />
– Engage 5th gear. Loosen bolt -1-. Press locking collar and selector<br />
jaw in -direction of arrow-. Then tighten bolt -1- to 25 Nm.<br />
• Check measurement: It must not be possible to slide a 0.2 mm<br />
feeler gauge between locking collar and gear wheel. If necessary,<br />
repeat adjustment.<br />
– Disengage 5th gear. Locking collar must now be in the neutral<br />
position. Synchro-ring must move freely.<br />
– Shift through all gears.<br />
– Install <strong>gearbox</strong> housing cover ⇒ page 117 .<br />
– Fit release bearing guide sleeve ⇒ page 44 .<br />
– Fit clutch release lever and release bearing ⇒ page 44 .<br />
– Fill with gear oil ⇒ page 92 .<br />
