CSN 220 Consumers and Their Governmentl3 Units<br />
Prerequisite: Sophomore standing and completion of CSN 110.<br />
An informed approach to maximizing the individuals participation<br />
in benefit programs; to minimize tax impact and other limitations<br />
on the consumer's rights imposed by government; an exploration<br />
of ways to effectuate change in the system through explanation of<br />
concerted political or individual action.<br />

Coordinator.<br />
Provides students With internship experiences in various career<br />
areas meeting individual goals and objectives. Students may<br />
com~lete internships in Hospitality and Recreation, Personal<br />
Services. Marketing and Distribution, Public Service.<br />
Manufacturing, Electronics, Drafting and others depending on<br />
students career fields. Students may earn up to sixteen (16)<br />
elective units for ceo 110.<br />
CEO 120 Seminar In Cooperative Educatlon/1 Unit<br />
Prerequisite: Permission of Co-op Coordinator. Concurrent<br />
enrollment in CEO 110 unless excused by coordinator.<br />

CEO 124 Work Experience In Cooperative<br />
Educatlon/1-4 Units<br />
Prerequisite: Prior approval ot Cooperative Education Program<br />
Coordinator or Faculty Advisor.<br />
Asupervised cooperative work experience in Cooperative<br />
Education allowing students to apply entry-level skills gained in<br />
the classroom in areal world·ot·work situation. Variable credit is<br />
available by special arrangement May be taken four times for a<br />
maximum of 16 creelit hours.<br />
CEO 224 Field Experience In Cooperative<br />
Educatlon/1-6 Units<br />
Prerequisite: Sophomore standing in adeclared major and prior<br />
approval of Cooperative Education Program Coordinator.<br />
Asupervised Cooperative Education work experience involving<br />
the combined efforts at educators and employers to accomplish<br />
career objectives in the student's chosen occupation. Variable<br />
credit (1·6) is available by special arrangement. May be taken<br />
four times for amaximum of 16 credit hours. no more than 6units<br />
