elements of supervision, iabor relations, fire service planning and<br />

Astudy of the basic nutritional principles and their application to<br />
the normal diet, health and cultural patterns. Some emphasis will<br />

obesity, diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease.<br />

Prerequisite: FRE 102 or three years of high school French with a<br />
grade of Cor equivalent competency as demonstrated by<br />

of speech in French. with additional practice in reading. writing.<br />
speaking, and understanding the language. Supplemental<br />
readIngs and assignments will enrich the student's vocabulary.<br />
