Prerequisite: None.<br />

An introduction to musical skills, the mechanics of music, and<br />

musical experiences as abackground for teaching music to<br />

children. Introduction to playing guitar. recorder, autoharp. as well<br />

as singing. Previous mUSical experience NOT required. FuHiIIs the<br />

music education requirement for teacher certHication.<br />

Prerequisite: Admission to Nursing Program. <br />

Acourse which reviews basic math skills and gives the studint <br />

experience in calculation of drug dosages: oral dosages, parental <br />

dosages, pediatric dosages, solutions, and intravenous flow rites. <br />
