At least three (3) 01 the lollowlng items shall be used to establish
proof of residency:
1. Filing of state income tax report for the previous year.
2 Current registration of motor vehicle in Arizona.
3. Current registration as avoter in the state.
4. Arizona driver's license Issuance date.
5. Graduation from Anzona high school.
6. Bank Statement (checking or savingS) from an Arizona
Banking institution.
7. Sour~e of support. (Employer)
8. Dependency as indicated on lederallncome tax declaration
(lor dependents).
9. Notarized statements of landlord andior employer.
Special Admission Of Students Under Age
Eighteen
As prOVided In Arizona State Board of Directors for Community
Colleges Student AdmiSSions Rule (R7,'·20) Cochise College
will admit special students between the ages of 16 and 17 under
certain conditions. The student. to benefit from the opportunity,
must submit supporting documentat;on as required by the
College. As a part of this docufT'~ntation. the student must:
Admissions Committee will meet and review all materials and
make arecommendation to the Director of Admissions and
Records. After the Committee's recommendation, the ....'ector of
Admissions and Records will make aruling and notify .. re student
of the decision.

a. Official score reports from either the Amencan College Test
(ACT) or the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) must be sent to
the Admissions Office. The composite score (verbal and math)
on the ACT must be at least 22 and the SAT minimum score
that will be considered IS 930.
b. Aletter of application by the student. to include an outline of
classes In which the student intends to seek enrollment and
must be co-signed by the parentIS) and or legal guardian must
be submitted to the AdmiSSions Office.
c. Appllcatlor. for AdmiSSion CO-Signed by the parent(s) andior
legal guardian must be submitted to the Admissions Office.
The Student must submit all requested documentation to the
Douglas Campus Admission's Office SIX (6) weeks prior to the
starttng date for the semester the student intends to matriculate
