New Runway Project Strategy 6. Work Breakdown Structure – Feasibility Phase The work to be conducted in the feasibility phase is intended to refine the content of the Airport Master Plan through detailed studies and planning sufficient to produce an amended Airport Master Plan for approval by Sunshine Coast Regional Council. 6.1.
